VISA TYPES
We ask what employers already ask. The rest is optional.
Apply asks if you are authorized to work in the US, and if you will need sponsorship. That is the standard pair. Specific type is yours to share if you want. It is not a gate. This is not legal advice.
F-1
You are in school in the US. Internships and, after graduation, OPT are the usual next step. This site is for roles that will work with that path when the employer says so.
OPT and STEM OPT
The common bridge after an F-1. You are already authorized for a window of work. Employers still need to know if they must sponsor later.
CPT
Work tied to your program while you are enrolled. A posting that takes CPT will say so. We do not invent that.
H-1B
Employer-sponsored specialty work. Some roles take a transfer. Some will file new. The posting says which. H-1B in a domain name is how many people search. It is not the only status we serve.
O-1, L-1, TN, E-3
Other work statuses show up on real briefs. If a role lists them, you will see that language on the job. Optional to tell us yours.
